📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Support the monthly closing process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for various departments.
• Support the finance team in managing payroll and vendor payments.
• Participate in financial audits and internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist in the preparation of financial projections and scenario analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or have recently graduated.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial modeling.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Proficiency in English is required.
