Resto Yoga Store is looking for an experienced Deputy HR Manager to join our team in Lubuklinggau, Sumatera Selatan. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the HR Director in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Administration of employee benefits and compensation.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using HR software and tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian.
  • Previous experience in a managerial role is a plus.
