📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the procurement process to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure quality products.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Evaluate and compare supplier quotes to ensure the best value for money.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities.,Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities to support the financial planning process.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian business culture and practices is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
