📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure the recruitment process aligns with business needs.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for the role.,Collaborate with the recruitment team to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain and update job descriptions and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.,Provide support to the Talent Acquisition Manager in managing the recruitment budget and tracking KPIs.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and employment agencies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian is preferred.
