📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.
• Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify and resolve mechanical issues.
• Manage and update maintenance schedules using SAP PM and Maximo.
• Monitor vehicle performance and generate reports on maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement improvements and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide technical support and training to the maintenance team.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in vehicle maintenance and operational engineering.
• Certification in Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in SAP PM and Maximo maintenance management systems.
• Strong knowledge of automotive mechanics and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards.
