📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to protect enterprise assets.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate risks.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.
• Provide security training and awareness programs for employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise security, including roles such as Security Analyst, Security Specialist, or similar.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus.
• Proficient in using security tools and software such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability management systems.
• Strong knowledge of risk management and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and COBIT.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
