📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling regular maintenance and inspections.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they adhere to safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.,Handle vehicle bookings, assignments, and returns, ensuring timely delivery and pick-up.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports as required.,Assist in the procurement of new vehicles and equipment when necessary.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of fleet services with overall business operations.,Provide exceptional customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction with fleet services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
