AETHER Sejahtera is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operational Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving organizational success. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets.,Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that operational goals are aligned with the overall business strategy.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.,Continuously seek opportunities to improve operational processes and implement best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using operational software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
