📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Coordinate with internal teams to schedule interviews and provide updates on candidate progress.,Provide feedback on candidate performance and contribute to the selection process.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
