📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates
• Coordinate interviews and schedule meetings with potential candidates
• Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and advertisements
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
• Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies
• Assist in the preparation of recruitment reports and metrics
• Assist in the coordination of recruitment events and job fairs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and practices
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
