Toko Umar Dental Clinic is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to our staff, ensuring that all employees are well-equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent patient care. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to staff on various dental procedures and patient care techniques.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to ensure staff are up-to-date with the latest dental technologies and best practices.,Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with the clinic manager to ensure training programs align with the clinic's goals and objectives.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to staff to ensure they feel confident and capable in their roles.,Maintain accurate records of all training activities and staff development.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the clinic's overall training strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene, Dental Technology, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a dental clinic or related setting.,Strong knowledge of dental procedures and patient care techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with dental software and equipment is a plus.,Passionate about dental care and committed to providing excellent patient care.
