📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Manage and mentor a team of store assistants, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and achieve their goals.,Ensure that all products are displayed and merchandised to attract customers and maximize sales.,Monitor store performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and inventory levels, and implement strategies to improve performance.,Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and supply chain, to ensure that the store is well-stocked and that promotions are effectively communicated to customers.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the store, and that the store is clean and well-maintained.,Handle customer complaints and concerns, resolving them in a timely and satisfactory manner.,Prepare and present regular reports on store performance to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of success.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Familiarity with retail software and systems, such as POS and inventory management systems.,Experience in merchandising and visual merchandising, with the ability to create attractive and effective displays.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the retail industry.,Ability to work well with a diverse team and in a fast-paced environment.
