📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Manage the accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.,Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of financial objectives.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.,Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and investors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role, with a strong background in financial analysis and reporting.,Proven track record of successfully managing financial operations and leading finance teams.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
