Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and supervising a team of lab technicians.
  • Ensuring the quality and consistency of seed products through rigorous testing and analysis.
  • Developing and implementing standard operating procedures for lab operations.
  • Conducting research and development activities to improve seed quality and yield.
  • Mentoring and training junior technicians to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Managing the inventory of lab supplies and equipment.
  • Providing technical support and guidance to other departments as needed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Biology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of lab techniques and equipment.
