📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of sales consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, both internally and externally.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Train and develop sales consultants to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in sales promotions and events to showcase our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and tools.,Knowledge of the retail industry and market trends.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
