📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Train and develop the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Manage the sales budget and ensure efficient use of resources.,Participate in company meetings and contribute to the overall business strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction or medical supplies industry.,Proven track record of success in leading and motivating sales teams.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
