📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient running of the store,Manage and lead a team of store staff to achieve sales targets and operational goals,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Implement and monitor inventory control systems to optimize stock levels and reduce waste,Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote products and increase sales,Monitor store performance and provide regular reports to the regional manager,Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and performance,Maintain a clean and safe working environment for customers and staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the food and beverage industry,Proven track record of successfully managing retail operations and teams,Strong leadership and communication skills,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities,Knowledge of inventory management and control systems,Understanding of marketing and promotional strategies,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with POS systems and other retail software
