📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, including cakes, cookies, pies, and other desserts.,Create and develop new pastry recipes to keep our menu exciting and fresh.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, meeting production targets.,Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and consistent product quality.,Stay updated with the latest pastry trends and techniques to continuously improve your skills.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff to maintain high standards of work.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of creating delicious and innovative pastry dishes.,Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and equipment.,Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Proficiency in English is a plus.,Valid food handling certificate and knowledge of health and safety regulations.,Ability to meet production targets and maintain high standards of food quality.
