📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee benefits and payroll processing.,Coordinate with management to address employee concerns and issues.,Organize and facilitate training and development programs for employees.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analysis.,Support the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Maintain a positive and professional work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the HR field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,English language skills are a plus.
