📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analyses to determine the skills, knowledge, and abilities required for each position.,Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to identify the best fit for the organization.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure the right candidates are identified.,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders.,Maintaining a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.,Providing feedback to candidates and assisting them in their job search process.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
