📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates for various positions, ensuring a diverse and inclusive candidate pool.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide recommendations.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to identify and attract potential candidates.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
