📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and grow client relationships by providing exceptional service and support.,Ensure client satisfaction by meeting or exceeding their expectations.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and information.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.,Contribute to the development and implementation of client strategies.,Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing timely and accurate information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the professional services industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with professional services software and tools is a plus.
