📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events, including event setup, decor, and catering.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure all event logistics are handled smoothly.,Manage staff and volunteers to ensure timely and efficient service during events.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for event operations.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests.,Handle event marketing and promotions to attract and retain clients.,Oversee event budgeting and financial reporting.,Evaluate and improve event services based on client feedback and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet/event staffing or a similar role.,Proven experience in event planning and management.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of event software and technology.,Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
