As a Senior Customer Assistant, you will be the face of our retail operations, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.,Assist customers with product information, recommendations, and purchases.,Handle cash transactions and process customer payments accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized retail space, including stocking shelves and displays.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.,Report any issues or concerns to the store manager or supervisor.,Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction.,Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or retail role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg).
