📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily operations of the medical laboratory, ensuring adherence to SOPs and regulatory guidelines.,Performing and interpreting complex laboratory tests, including hematology, chemistry, and microbiology.,Mentoring and training junior laboratory staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results through quality control measures.,Collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide expert advice and support.,Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Participating in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory services.,Assisting in the development and implementation of new laboratory protocols and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a medical laboratory setting, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.,Certification from reputable organizations such as ASCP, AABB, or equivalent.,Strong knowledge of laboratory regulations and quality assurance standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety.
