📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct quality inspections and tests to ensure products meet quality standards.,Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.,Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Train and mentor junior QC staff on quality control practices and procedures.,Collaborate with production and R&D teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.,Maintain and update quality control documentation and records.,Ensure compliance with quality regulations and standards.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Control or related roles.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, standards, and regulations.,Experience with statistical process control and quality improvement methodologies.,Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
