📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory to minimize waste and ensure cost efficiency.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and feedback to maintain high standards of service.,Drive sales growth through various initiatives and promotions.,Budget and financial management for the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales growth.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
