As a Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.,Take and relay customer orders accurately and promptly to the kitchen staff.,Assist in the preparation of food and drinks as needed.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dining area.,Provide excellent customer service and address any complaints or concerns.,Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with customers and staff.,Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures.,Assist in the opening and closing of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience as a Waitress or similar role is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality.,Basic knowledge of food and beverage services is a plus.,Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
