📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and maintain our CRM system, Salesforce, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer and sales data.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of sales reports, forecasts, and presentations using tools like Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Support the sales team by providing market intelligence, competitor analysis, and industry trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Assist in the organization and execution of sales events, trade shows, and product launches.
- Maintain and update company policies and procedures related to sales and business operations.
- Provide administrative support to the sales manager, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts for sales initiatives.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a business support or administrative role, preferably in the pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or clinical sales industry.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and compliance is a plus.
