📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide academic, career, and personal counseling to students.
• Assess and address student needs, including academic difficulties, personal challenges, and career exploration.
• Develop and implement individual and group counseling programs.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and other professionals to support student success.
• Conduct workshops and seminars on topics such as time management, study skills, and career development.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of student counseling sessions.
• Stay updated on best practices in student counseling and professional development opportunities.
• Promote a positive and inclusive campus environment that supports student well-being.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in academic or career counseling.
• Certification in counseling (e.g., Certified Career Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor) is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using student information systems and counseling software.
• Understanding of university policies and procedures.
• Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
