📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand and company goals.,Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.,Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of production orders.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production and inventory data.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Provide regular reports on production performance and inventory status to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning and inventory control.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.,Experience in the flexible packaging industry is a plus.
