Assistant Quality Management System (QMS) Manager - Manufacturing Excellence

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Implement and maintain our ISO 9001:2015 certified Quality Management System, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
• Conduct internal and external audits to assess and improve quality processes.
• Develop and deliver training programs for our team in quality management systems and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support the QMS Manager in achieving manufacturing excellence goals.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Management Systems, with a focus on ISO 9001.
• Certification in ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or similar quality management system certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices.
• Experience in manufacturing or related industries is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
