🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in infrastructure development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
