• Oversee and manage daily manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.

• Implement and monitor quality control measures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Optimize production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.

• Conduct regular production meetings and provide detailed reports on operational performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production management role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software such as SAP, ERP, or MES systems.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related quality management program is a plus.
